Parts Coverage: This AMC plan covers the cost of replacement for all functional parts of the water cooler that fail due to normal operational use during the agreement period. This includes but is not limited to:
- Compressor
- Condenser
- Evaporator
- Thermostat
- Overload Protector
- Relay
- Circuit Board (if applicable)
- Pump (if applicable)
- Float Valve
- Solenoid Valve
Exclusions: This AMC plan does NOT cover the following:
- Physical Damage: Any damage to the water cooler resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, natural calamities (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.), or external factors. This includes dents, cracks, breakage of any external or internal parts.
- Taps/Faucets: Replacement or repair of dispensing taps/faucets is specifically excluded.
- Wear and Tear: Components that degrade or fail due to normal wear and tear over time, such as rubber seals, O-rings, and flexible hoses, are not covered under this plan.
- Burnt Machine: Any damage to the water cooler or its components caused by electrical faults, power surges, short circuits, or any other electrical issues resulting in burning or overheating of the unit or its parts.
- External Accessories: Any external accessories or attachments not integral to the functioning of the main unit are not covered.
- Consumables (unless specified): This plan does not cover the cost of consumables such as water filters (unless explicitly mentioned as included).
- Relocation/Transportation: Costs associated with relocating or transporting the water cooler for repairs are not included.
- Repairs necessitated by improper use or maintenance not in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Service Visits:
- This plan includes a total of three (3) scheduled preventive maintenance visits during the 12-month agreement period.
- Visits will be scheduled with prior mutual agreement between Me Shop and the customer.
- Additional service visits beyond the three included in this plan will be charged separately at our standard service rates.
- Service requests for functional part replacements will be attended to as needed within our standard service turnaround time.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide reasonable access to the water cooler for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure proper electrical supply and grounding for the unit.
- Use the water cooler in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Report any malfunctions or issues promptly to Me Shop.
Payment Terms:
- The total AMC charges are payable in advance upon signing of this agreement.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
