Does Me Shop have a physical store in Gurugram?
No, Me Shop does not have a retail showroom for product display. Our location at Plot No 120, Sector 9, Gurugram serves as our Operations and Administrative Headquarters. We follow a digital-first model to reduce overhead costs, allowing us to pass significant savings directly to our customers in Delhi, Noida, and across India.
Why does Me Shop only accept prepaid orders (No COD)?
Me Shop accepts only prepaid orders to maintain efficiency and low pricing. As we deal in high-value, heavy commercial equipment (like deep freezers and visicoolers), "Cash on Delivery" often leads to logistical losses from fake orders. A prepaid policy ensures we focus our logistics resources on serious buyers, guaranteeing faster and safer delivery.
What is the delivery time for Me Shop orders?
Delivery typically takes 1-2 days for Gurugram and Delhi NCR, and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. Since we stock inventory in our Gurugram warehouse, local orders are often dispatched within 24 hours. Heavy commercial shipments may vary slightly depending on the transporter schedule.

How can I trust Me Shop if I cannot see the product first?
We understand that trust is earned. Here is how you can verify us:
Visit Our Office: You are welcome to visit our Ops office in Sector 9, Gurugram to meet the team and verify our existence.
Video Verification: For high-value orders, we can arrange a video call to show you the sealed product box in our warehouse before you confirm.
Authorized Dealer Status: We hold valid dealerships for Blue Star, Hoshizaki, Elan Pro, and Kent. You receive a GST Invoice with every purchase, which is essential for claiming manufacturer warranties.
Is my payment safe with Me Shop India?
Yes, your payment is 100% secure. We use industry-standard encrypted payment gateways (like Razorpay/CCAvenue) that support Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. We do not store your card details. Furthermore, as a registered GST-compliant entity, every transaction is legally recorded.

Why do you not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We prioritize genuine customers and fast logistics. In the commercial appliance sector, COD orders have a high rejection rate, which damages the product during return transit and increases costs. By adhering to a Prepaid-Only Policy, we protect the integrity of the machines and ensure that serious business customers get priority service.
Do you deliver to residential addresses or only businesses?
We serve both! While our roots are in B2B (Business to Business), we deliver to residential homes across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and nationwide. Whether you need a Blue Star Water Cooler for your factory or a Blue Air Purifier for your bedroom, we deliver to your doorstep.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to our courier partner’s portal (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Gati). You can also contact our support team at +91-9971136843 for live updates.
3. Returns, Warranty & Sealed Box Policy
Can I open the box before payment at your office?
No. To strictly maintain the "Factory-Sealed" quality of our products, we do not allow unboxing before payment. This guarantees that you and every other customer—receive a brand-new, untouched unit. However, once payment is made, you can open it immediately at our office. If there is any damage, we will replace it instantly.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We have a stress-free replacement policy for transit damage.
Record a Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the package.
Report Immediately: Inform us within 24 hours of delivery at Sales@meshopindia.com.
Resolution: If physical damage is proven via the video, we will arrange a free replacement.
How do I claim a warranty on my product?
All products sold on Me Shop come with the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty.
For Service: You do not need to contact us. You can directly call the brand's customer care (e.g., Voltas or Eureka Forbes) and provide the GST Invoice we sent you. The brand's technician will visit your location for service.
