Refund Policy: B2C & B2B Guidelines

At ME SHOP (www.meshopindia.com), we cater to both individual households and large-scale corporate entities across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Our refund policy is structured to meet the specific needs of these two distinct segments.

1. For B2C (Individual Home Customers)

We aim to make your home appliance shopping experience seamless. Whether it’s a Kent Water Purifier or a Samsung Air Purifier, our retail refund terms are as follows:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or if ME SHOP is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability.

  • Verification: For technical faults, a brand-authorized technician must visit your home to certify the defect.

  • Cancellation: B2C orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 15–20 working days to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable: Installation charges, extended warranty fees, and delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

2. For B2B (Corporate & Institutional Clients)

For our business partners in Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and Noida Special Economic Zones, we understand that procurement follows strict accounting and GST guidelines.

  • Order Acceptance: Unlike B2C, B2B orders are finalized upon the issuance of a Purchase Order (PO). Refunds are not provided for "Change of Requirement" after the PO is processed.

  • GST Compliance: Refunds for B2B transactions will be issued via a Credit Note in accordance with Indian GST laws. This ensures your Input Tax Credit (ITC) remains compliant.

  • Bulk Order Inspection: For bulk supplies (e.g., 10+ Blue Star Water Coolers), the client must perform a "Spot Inspection" at the time of delivery. Claims for physical damage or refunds will not be entertained once the delivery is signed off.

  • Advance Payments: In cases where a partial advance is paid for high-value commercial refrigeration (like Hoshizaki or Elanpro), the advance is non-refundable if the client cancels the order after the manufacturer has initiated production.

  • Timeline: B2B refunds/credit notes are processed within 30 working days due to the complex accounting and tax verification involved.

4. How to Request a Refund

Whether you are an individual buyer or a Facility Manager, please follow this protocol:

  2. Details: Include Order ID/PO Number, Photo of the product, and a copy of the Invoice.

  3. Site Inspection: For customers in Delhi NCR, we may send a technical expert to verify the claim within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation Policy: B2C & B2B Guidelines

At ME SHOP (www.meshopindia.com), we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth operational flow for our warehouse in Sector 9, Gurugram, we have established the following guidelines for order cancellations.


1. For B2C (Individual Home Customers)

We provide a flexible cancellation window for our retail customers purchasing home appliances like Philips Air Purifiers or Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers.

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time before the product has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: If the product has already left our warehouse but has not yet reached your location in Delhi, Noida, or Faridabad, a cancellation fee (ranging from ₹500 to ₹2,000 depending on the item size) will be deducted to cover two-way logistics and handling.

  • Post-Delivery Cancellation: We do not accept cancellations once the product has been delivered and the seal is broken, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

2. For B2B (Corporate & Institutional Clients)

Cancellation terms for our business partners in Gurugram, Noida, and Delhi are governed by procurement and tax regulations.

  • Purchase Order (PO) Finality: Once a formal Purchase Order is received and accepted by ME SHOP, the order is considered "In-Process."

  • Standard Inventory Items: For standard stock items (e.g., Blue Star Water Coolers), cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of PO issuance without penalty.

  • Customized or Large Volume Orders: For specialized equipment (e.g., Hoshizaki Ice Machines or large Zedtek RO Plants), cancellations are not permitted once the manufacturer has initiated the build or the items have been procured specifically for your project.

  • Cancellation Fee: For B2B orders cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a restocking fee of 10% to 20% of the total invoice value will apply to cover administrative and procurement costs.

  • GST Impact: Cancellations post-invoice generation will be settled via a Credit Note to ensure your company's GST compliance.

  3. Tax Integrity: Proper documentation (Credit Notes) is required to maintain the high SEO and compliance standards we uphold at ME SHOP.

Other terms and Conditions

  • System Errors: "In case of a conflict between an automated system mail and manual communication from our team, the manual communication shall prevail."

  • Third-Party Delays: "Delivery timelines are subject to manufacturer availability. In case of manufacturer delays exceeding 30 days, customers are entitled to a full refund processed within 7-10 business days."
