Refund Policy For Normal Buyer, B2C Customers

Thank you for reaching out about the refund policy for ME SHOP. At ME SHOP, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is our detailed refund policy:

1. Refund Conditions :

   - 100% refund if the customer finds the product damaged or non-working upon receipt.

   - If replacement or repair is not feasible by the respective manufacturer, a full refund will be issued.

   - Non-returnable items can be specified by contacting our customer service team.

2. Timeline :

   - We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the 30-day period starts from the date of purchase.

3. Return Process :

   - To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return.

   - Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the item before processing the refund.

4. Exceptions :

   - Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund.

   - Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

REFUND POLICY FOR B2B Buyer, Bulk Buyer, Corporate Buyer

Refund Terms at me shop are simple. We will refund 100% in case  if customer asked for refund.


  • 100% refund in case me shop is not able to deliver the items as per ordered terms and conditions. Customer can claim the refund.
  • 100% refund in case of non delivery of items due to non availability by Brand.
  • 100% refund if customer found the product Damaged or Non working.  If replacement/ Repair is not done by respective manufacture.
  • Refund Policy is not applicable on Non Returnable Products / Pre Booking / Customize Orders /
  • No Refund or replacement if the product is over use, Customize and  damaged by consumer/ User.
  • For refund Consumer/ Organization has to sent mail on Support@meshopindia.in regarding the same. or you can raise it from your account.

  • Our office Address: Plot No. 120, Sector 9, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.
  • It will take 15-30 days. Based upon the payment method, Use by party. if party has made payment by using its credit card it will return in party credit card only. In case if party have made the payment using EMI on Card. It is non refundable. Party has to bear the EMI charges. Me shop has no role in it. It is in between Party and its partner bank.
  • In case of GST invoices if the party claim the GST return. No refund terms are applicable.
  • In Case of Customize product. No Return and No Refund. Replacement Can be done as per scenario.
  • Me shop can not refund, any kind of bank charges applied during the transactions. Bank transaction charges are non refundable.


Order Cancellation

You Can cancel your order any time after placing order with in 24 HRS. You Can call us on 9971136843 or 9999696843 to Cancel your order. Or you can cancel your online order from your account directly.

Or mail us : support@meshopindia.in or you can cancel your order from your account as well.

Order Cancellation Request will not be accepted:

1. Party can not cancel the order once the GST invoice is raised and out for delivery.

2. We do not accept order cancellation request after product used by the party.

3. No order cancellation / Refund and Return : if the consumer install the product at site and start using it. Only replacement/repair in Case of manufacture fault as per manufacture terms and conditions. Me shop does not play any role in replacement if the product is non working due to manufacture fault.

4. Order cancellation Can be accepted if Me shop does not delivered the product in time.(Terms and Conditions applied : It does not apply on customize product or customize solutions.)

5. Order cancellation can be accepted if Me shop delivered the physically damage product and could not provide the replacement with in time. (No Order Cancellation Request accepted in case of manufacture faults.) Product will fix under manufacture warranty terms and condition only.
