The ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible.

All products sold on ME SHOP are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. The terms, conditions, and duration of the warranty are specific to each product and brand, as detailed in the product's documentation.

ME SHOP acts as a facilitator to help you connect with the manufacturer for warranty claims. However, the final decision on warranty claims rests with the manufacturer. The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

We offer a replacement policy for products that are delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state. You must raise a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories and documentation.

Our team will investigate the issue, which may require photographic evidence or a physical inspection. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product. A refund will only be issued in cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
