1. How many cups can the 3-liter tank serve at once? The 3-liter capacity typically serves approximately 25–30 cups (90ml each) before requiring a refill. This makes it perfect for small offices or consultancy clinics in Noida and Gurugram.

2. Can I adjust the taste (strength) of the tea or coffee? Yes. The Atlantis Neo-2 Lane features a digital setting panel that allows you to calibrate the powder-to-water ratio. Our ME SHOP technician will help you set this up during installation to match your preference.

3. Does this machine require a stabilizer? While the machine is robust, we recommend using a small stabilizer if your office is located in areas of Delhi or Ghaziabad prone to voltage fluctuations. This protects the heating element and PCB.

4. How long does the machine take to heat up initially? The "Start-up Time" is approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Once the water reaches the optimum temperature, it dispenses beverages instantly.
