Payment Terms and Conditions

At ME SHOP, we specialize in the fast and efficient supply of heavy commercial appliances, water coolers, and refrigeration units across Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and PAN India. To maintain our highly streamlined logistics and ensure there are zero delays in dispatching your equipment, we operate on a strictly structured B2B payment model.

Our payment terms are designed to be transparent, secure, and hassle-free, allowing both our team and our clients to focus on business operations rather than payment follow-ups.

To process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, over 90% of our business operates on a 100% Prepaid model.

• Orders are converted into official Sales Invoices and dispatched only after the full payment is received and realized in our accounts.

• Available on Demand / Pre-Booked Items: For specialized commercial equipment that is not immediately in stock and must be procured specifically for you from the manufacturer, a 100% advance payment is mandatory to lock in the order.

A. For Direct Users and Resellers

If you are an individual commercial buyer, a direct user, or an unlisted reseller, we accept the following instant payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS directly into the ME SHOP official bank account.

• Digital / UPI: Secure UPI payments.

• Online Payment Gateway: Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking via our website's secure payment gateway (convenience fees apply and are non-refundable).

• Cash: We accept cash payments strictly for minor transactions below ₹10,000 only, in compliance with standard accounting practices.

• Note: We do not accept standard cheques from direct users or unregistered resellers.

B. For Corporate Companies and Registered Entities

For our established corporate clients and registered companies, we offer all the options listed above, along with one additional method:

• Company Cheque: We accept official company cheques. However, the material will only be dispatched after the cheque has been successfully cleared and credited to the ME SHOP bank account.

We understand that large corporate entities and regular buyers often operate on standard credit cycles. While we strictly avoid credit scenarios to prevent time-consuming payment follow-ups, we do allocate 5% to 10% of our operations for Approved Credit Sales under highly specific conditions.

How to Qualify for Credit Terms:

1. Vendor Onboarding: Your company must officially register ME SHOP as an authorized vendor in your procurement system.

2. Regular Volume: Credit terms are exclusively reserved for clients who purchase from us on a regular, consistent basis.

3. Background and Financial Check: Before approving any credit, ME SHOP management will conduct a thorough background check of the company's payment history and market credibility.

4. Final Approval: Credit limits and payment cycles (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30) are granted solely at the discretion of ME SHOP management based on the financial vetting process.

For instant bank transfers, you can safely deposit your 100% advance payments for pre-booked items or standard orders into either of our official current accounts. Please share the payment screenshot or UTR number with our sales team via WhatsApp (+91-9971136843) once the transfer is complete.
