Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At ME SHOP, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Since we deal in specialized commercial and home appliances, our return policy is designed to protect both the consumer and the integrity of the high-end equipment we supply.

1. 7-Day Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day replacement window for most products from the date of delivery. A replacement will be initiated if:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), subject to a technician's verification report.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return/Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original brand box with all MRP tags, serial numbers, and labels intact.

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

  • Essentials: All accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and the original tax invoice must be included.

  • No Installation: Once a product (like a Water Purifier or AC) is installed at the site, it cannot be returned. Any subsequent issues will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized Orders: Products built to specific customer requirements.

  • Consumables: Opened filters (for RO/Air Purifiers) or chemical products.

  • Damage by User: Any product that is damaged due to mishandling, unauthorized installation, or voltage fluctuations after delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund: Issued only if ME SHOP is unable to deliver the product, or if a replacement/repair is not possible by the manufacturer for a defective unit.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 days back to the original payment method.

  • Bank Charges: Bank or EMI transaction charges are non-refundable as they are collected by the payment gateway/bank.

5. Specialized Policy for B2B & Bulk Buyers

For our corporate clients in Gurugram, Noida, and Delhi:

  • GST Invoices: If a GST return has already been claimed by the party, refund terms are not applicable.

  • Bulk Orders: Inspection must be done at the time of delivery. Physical damage claims will not be entertained after the delivery personnel has left the site.


How to Initiate a Return

If you encounter an issue with your order, follow these steps immediately:

  1. Report: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91-9971136843 or email support@meshopindia.com.

  2. Evidence: Share clear photos or a short video of the damage/defect and the serial number on the box.

  3. Verification: For technical faults, we will schedule a brand-authorized technician visit to your site (Delhi NCR only) to confirm the manufacturing defect.

  4. Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original unit and dispatch the replacement.
