Return Policy

Product is returnable only if its different from what you have ordered.
Product return window is open for 7 days after delivery and billing of product. After 7 days we will not consider any return.
No Return Or Replacement : If customer deliver the goods on his own convenience and got damage due to mishandling.
No Return Acceptable : If the Consumer found ordered is smaller or bigger than he think or if he don't like the color which he choose on his own while ordering.
Product Replacement Request will be raised in case of manufacture faults : Once the field visit of technician and submission of report is done. The technician will be sent by the manufacture of the product. It is a sole decision of the manufacture Either they want to repair it and replace it. All the actions will be according to the manufacture policy of return and replacement.
In case of Return customer has to return the product with box and all other accessories, tax invoice, gift cards if any received with material.
Kindly check product page either the product is returnable or non returnable. This policy is applicable as per product description page.
Return of the product is acceptable if customer found product physically damage or non working at the time of delivery. We will replace the product on same day or next day. (Subject to availability of stock).
Once the good is install at site. It can not accept as return.
For B2B GST invoice buyers : Return and replacement is applicable as per above policies.
Me shop does not take any responsibility of any damage occurred while transporting the material from third party transport companies. All material will dispatch on customer consent only.
For Bulk orders : This return and replacement policy remain same.
No replacement if the product got damage with in 7 days in customer possession.
Product is not eligible to return or replaced if the product found customized or tempered.
Product with no sticker, Serial numbers, are not eligible for return and replacement.
Me shop has all the rights to amend, update and change the return policy without any prior notice.
All disputes shall raise strictly to Gurugram, Haryana Jurisdiction only.

Important Notice

Kindly return all documents like manual, bills, warranty card, Product and its accessories in box. Free gifts if any received. Carton box should be in proper condition with MRP and Serial Number on it. The serial number on product should match with the box. In case Customer misses any of the things above Me shop has all rights to cancelled the returns.
