At ME SHOP, our primary goal is to deliver the best available commercial appliances, water coolers, and refrigeration units to our clients across Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and nationwide. Because our core clientele consists of B2B (Business-to-Business) customers, our policies are tailored to the realities of heavy commercial equipment.
Since commercial products are purchased strictly for utility and performance rather than cosmetic preferences (like color or design), we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. However, we strongly believe in buyer protection and have specific protocols in place to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.

We maintain a strict quality check process before dispatching any material. However, human errors can occasionally happen.
We will accept a full return or facilitate an immediate replacement in the following scenario:
Wrong Product Dispatched: If you ordered a specific item (e.g., a Commercial Microwave) but we mistakenly supplied a different item (e.g., an OTG Oven), and it does not serve your operational requirements. In such special cases, ME SHOP will take the incorrect items back and supply the correct product at no additional freight cost to you.
Incorrect Specifications: If a product with a lower power capacity or incorrect technical specification is dispatched contrary to your confirmed PO/ Work orders/ invoice.

Commercial appliances undergo rigorous testing, but transit or manufacturing anomalies can sometimes cause issues like internal leakages, compressor faults, or power failures immediately after installation.
If you face a functional issue with your newly delivered product:
Initial Inspection: We require the respective brand's authorized technician (e.g., from Blue Star, Voltas, or Hoshizaki) to inspect the unit on-site.
Diagnosis & Repair: If the fault is minor (such as a loose wire or a minor valve adjustment), the technician will resolve it immediately under the manufacturer's warranty.
Product Replacement: If the technician's inspection report confirms that the product has a major manufacturing defect or is unrepairable, ME SHOP will step in. We will replace the faulty product with a brand-new unit to ensure your business operations are not hindered.

To ensure absolute clarity, returns and replacements are not accepted under the following conditions:
The product is delivered exactly as per the invoiced model and specifications, but the buyer realizes they ordered the wrong size or capacity for their space.
The buyer wishes to return the item due to aesthetic preferences (color, design, or minor scratches that do not affect functionality).
The equipment has been damaged due to mishandling, improper self-installation, or electrical fluctuations at the customer's premises.

Timelines: Please report any wrong deliveries or visible physical damage at the time of unloading, or within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours of receiving the goods.
