We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For orders below that amount and for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee is applied. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are generally faster.

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return and get my refund?
To start a return, log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select the return option. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

Do you offer B2B or wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

Can I get a GST invoice for my order?
Absolutely. To receive a GST invoice, please enter your GSTIN during the checkout process. The option is available on the address/payment page. The GST invoice will be sent to your registered email address once the order is confirmed.
How can I claim GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) on my purchase?
To claim GST Input Tax Credit, you must provide your business's GSTIN when placing the order. We will file the necessary GST returns with the details from your invoice. The credit will then be available for you to claim in your GSTR-2A/2B on the GST portal, subject to the rules and regulations of the GST law.
